He has taken various positions, such as APAC Talent Acquisition Leader, APAC SBU HRBP, Country Training Manager, with extensive experiences and insights of HR Strategy, organization change, organization and Talents development.

Jason graduated from Shanghai International Studies University and holds MBA degree from Hong Kong University.
