Carol Liu, Vice President, Human Resources, Greater China and Korea Business Unit, The Coca-Cola Company
Carol Liu took on the role as Vice President, Human Resources, Greater China and Korea in October 2016. As the Chief Architect of our HR thought leadership, Carol is responsible for building the winning culture and operating environment that is conducive to attracting, developing and retaining - the “Best in Class” talent.
Carol began her career with Coca-Cola in Shanghai in 2015. She started as the Strategic Business Partner for Marketing, Finance, and HongKong/Taiwan/Macau/Mongolia. After completing a successful assignment, she took up a new challenge and moved to the Strategic Business Partner role for Franchise Customer and Commercial Leadership Team in January, 2016.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Carol had 12 years of human resources experience across Hong Kong, Taiwan and China Mainland at Procter & Gamble. She worked as HR business partner in all corporate functions, front-line sales force, and manufacturing sites.
Carol earned her Master’s degree in Management from the University of Bath and studied at the National University of Taiwan for her Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
