Jeff Nie, joined Amway (China) Co, Ltd. since 1996 and has served successively as Sales Operation Lead of 10 cities and provinces, including Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian and Zhejiang. He used to rotate across departments like Strategic Planning, Distribution and IT in China as well as Corporate Marketing and Sales in Ada, US. Currently as the General Manager of Human Resources, Jeff is responsible for building Employer Culture and Brand, optimizing Performance Management to attract and develop talents and leading the Talent Development CoE (Centre of Excellence) of Greater China to identify and develop key talents and leaderships.
