Marlon Mai, Associate Director, Morgan McKinley China
Mr. Marlon Mai manages the Finance & Accounting team, HR team and Sales & Marketing team in Shanghai. He also recruits senior candidates across a wide spectrum of disciplines including Finance, Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Internal Audit, Strategy & M&A. Along with a strong educational background, Marlon has seven years of experience in sales management, commercial planning and recruitment consultancy. After completing his Bachelor’s degree at Zhejiang University and his Master’s at Fudan University, he was hired as a global management trainee at a leading FMCG company, going on to perform key roles in management. He then moved to a leading British recruitment firm and was promoted twice in 18 months, starting as a consultant and progressing to become a team manager. Along with his native Mandarin and Shanghai dialect Marlon speak fluent English. When he’s not at the office, Marlon enjoy working out, scuba diving and listening to music.
