Giorgio Davidoni, VP Human Resources, Eli Lilly China
Giorgio joined Eli Lilly Italia in March 1996 as Human Resources Manager for Manufacturing. After a couple of years, he moved to Eli Lilly Corporate Centre in Indianapolis where he work in C&B and HR Strategy He then join the US Affiliate where he covered the position of HR for Sales and Marketing. He then returned to the Italian Affiliate where he took the responsibility of HR Director. Since October 2010 he is VP Human Resources Eli Lilly China. Before joining Eli Lilly, Giorgio worked for Electrolux for four years always in Human Resources. In 1991, Giorgio graduated in law at the University of Trieste where he also got his Master in Business Administration. Giorgio’s personal interests are spending time with his family, wife Laura and 3 boys Alessandro, Andrea, Luca, reading (in particular, books on business, economics and politics) travel and playing golf.
