Maxwell Yu, Human Resources Director, ITW Auto Asia
Maxwell Yu has over 20-year experience in the field of Human Resources Management, and now he is taking the role as Human Resources Director ITW Auto Asia. Before that, he worked for several multi-national companies, such as, Nestle, DHL, TNT, ICI, BlueScope Steel, etc. He has got L.L.B from the East China University of Political Science & Laws and, MBA from the University of Strathclyde (UK), he is an IPMA (UK) Certified Professional Trainer and a professional member of Singapore Human Resources Institute, at the same time he is hired by the China Central Government as an accredited assessor in Human Resources Management area. He has solid knowledge and rich experience in Human Resources Management and People Management fields. His training courses focus on practice, show people a different view and trigger people to think differently.
