Ms. Huang holds a master degree from Tsinghua University and an MBA from Dalhousie University, Canada. She has more than 17 years of management experience in IT, eCommerce and online payment sectors; 15 years of HR management experience in Customer service, Sales management, Outsourcing and regional expansion. She is National HR Director for Hylink Digital Solution, one of the most awarded digital agencies in China. The company is a full-service digital agency providing integrated strategic, creative, and media solutions to clients seeking to win in the digital space. Previous Hylink, Ms. Huang worked for eBay for 7.5 years, as Senior HRBP and head of Greater China HR. She started her career from Founder Group. In 6 years with Founder, she both managed a sales department and the Human Resources team.
