Zhang Xianggang, Director of Human Resource, Shanghai Fosun Steel and Equipment Group
Mr. Zhang joined Shanghai Fosun Group in 2007.He has served in a large domestic steel & resource companies for 12 years before joining Fosun. With nearly 20 years of experience in engineering technology and human resources management, Mr. Zhang have experienced business practices in corporate strategy, organizational change, investment in mergers and acquisitions, corporate brands and other areas. For management philosophy he advocates style of "West Point Leadership" and "The excellent organizational culture preacher and the individual soul practitioners should be the value proposition for HR. Mr. Zhang has a master's degree in mechanical engineering and automation, machinery and electronics engineer qualifications, meanwhile, he is a member of the Chinese Triathlon Association.
