Angel Tang, Compensation & Benefits Director, Asia Pacific, Ford Motor Company
Angel Tang is presently the Compensation & Benefits Director, Asia Pacific, Ford Motor Company. In her role, Angel has the overall responsibility on advocating and promoting the Company’s C&B philosophy in the region, developing Asia Pacific C&B strategy to attract, motivate and retain the best talents to support business growth. Another important role for Angel is to oversee the international service management and travel business for Asia Pacific, partners with senior HR and operations management in the Company to develop cost effective actions for international service and travel management aligned with the company’s strategic plans. Angel has about 20 years of HR experience, in which 15 years are expert in compensation and benefits area. Angel joined Ford in 2012, prior to Ford, she served as C&B professional in Mars Food Company for nearly 8 years, and in America International Assurance (AIA) for more than 5 years. Angel holds a Bachelor Degree of Engineering from Shenzhen University. She is also certified Human Resource Manager by American Certification Institute. Her leisure time interests include travelling, reading, music, also spend time with her 5 years old little boy!
