Donna Huang, HR Director, Europtronic Group
Donna Huang, certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and certified Compensation Professional (CCP), is currently the HR Director of Europtronic Group LTD. Her experience covers human resources function, general operation and management, and investor relations. She has been working in the electronic industry for 15 years. Her expertise is in executive compensation, training & development, workforce planning and plans execution, DISC behavior assessment and training. Donna Huang holds a Washington-Fudan Executive MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University, United States, and graduated from Lancaster University, UK, with a BSc (Hons) in management.
