David Tessmann-Keys, Senior Vice President of International Operations, DDI
David Tessmann-Keys has an extensive background in organizational development consulting and operational leadership, spanning Australia, Asia, India, Europe, and the United States. Before joining DDI, David built an eclectic professional background spanning both organizational consulting within the private, government, and not-for-profit sectors and clinical psychological practice within the correctional and psychiatric arenas. David is a registered psychologist and is the former Managing Director at DDI in Australia. David’s specific areas of capability include designing and executing comprehensive talent management strategies across a broad range of industries (FMCG, energy, transport, finance and insurance, government), inclusive of enterprise-wide capability profiling, selection, leadership and workforce development, performance management, and succession management strategies for all levels. David has delivered speeches in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Great China, the Philippines, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States on a broad range of talent management topics and on the issue of leadership in the global context.
