Coco Chen, current HRGM of Cigna&CMB, who is seasoned HR professional with more than 15 years of HR full functional management experience. Her diversified HR career is not only contribution in multiple industries such as finance, high tech. and manufacturing, but also performing excellence in Asian, European and US based MNC. She lead significant HR support for organization expansion/ sustainable profitable growth/ stabilization during economic crisis/change management . Coco has a strong leadership presence with specific interest in strategic people agenda design, OD and change management, driving culture, talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, as well as HR operation engineering. Coco graduated from UTA as a master and presumed education in CIEB, she was certified MBTI and DDI facilitator. In the past two years, she dedicated in coaching journey and cooperated with KEDG as professional coach to MBA program. In 2013, Coco and her team were awarded by “China staff” as “Best practice of retention and engagement”. In 2014, rewarded by “HREC” as “2014 China learning and development value case” ,”2014 learning and organizational development reward” by “China Staff” and “The best culture corporate” . As member of SHRE, she is active to share HR practice in the market.
