Steven Sheng PwC China and Hong Kong HRD
Mr. Steven Sheng is a certified human resource professionalby Singapore Human ResourceInstitute (SHRI), specializing in talent acquisition, people development, performance management, rewards & recognition, business transformation, BPO and shared services. He has nearly 20 years human resource practice experience in IT, Finance, Hi-tech and Consulting industries in China. Prior to PwC, he worked in multinational companies like Citibank and GE on talent attraction and development programs. In recent years, he has been focusing on HR transformation towards the Shared Services Model; involved in strategy design and implementing & leading a regional HR shared services center that supports over 13,000 employees.
