Dennis Zhou , Senior Vice President of GDS Greater China, in charge of human resources and administration, government relations. Dennis has professional experience in the human resources field for more than 22 years, particularly with nearly 18 years of professional experience in IT, management consulting industry. He was Human Resources executives in Detecon (China) BearingPoint Management Consulting (China), Deloitte Consulting (China) and so on. Mr. Zhou has human resources management experience in the Greater China region, familiar with relevant laws and regulations. Mr. Zhou graduated from School of Management, Tongji University.
