Flora Yim Deutsche Bank China Head of Human Resources
Ms. Yim is a Director at Deutsche Bank (China) Co. Ltd. and the Head of Human Resources for the Bank in China. She has worked in the financial industry for over 18 years and joined Deutsche Bank in 2010. At Deutsche Bank, Ms. Yim and her team drive the talent agenda with the Bank's leadership; and partner with the various business to grow the Bank's franchise in China. Ms. Yim is a member of the Asia Pacific Human Resources Executive Committee and is also a member of the China Operations Committee. Ms. Yim has a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and a master degree in business administration. She now lives with her family in Shanghai.
