Phil de Bono China Partner
Phil, partner of de Bono China, has 20 years’ experience in training management and consulting, and has served in East China Normal University, South China Normal University, McDonald's Hamburger Institute. He has provided management consulting services for more than 100 Chinese and famous overseas enterprises, and thus accumulated a wealth of experience in establishing training mechanism and applying innovation to challenges. Phil began working on the thinking training series in 2004, and at the same time he is also a Certified Instructor of dBTS Six Thinking Hats ©, Lateral Thinking TM and The Power of Perception™.
