Jenny Gao Cortina Systems Asia Pacific HRD
Jenny Gao is the Human Resource Director for Asia Pacific area in Cortina Systems. She graduated from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, major in Technology Management. She also has got the GPHR from SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and is certified as an instructor. She worked at managerial position in big companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Kodak, Coca-Cola, Texas Instrument, and News Corporation. She has been in Human Resource field for about 20 years. She believes “People is the best leader of him/herself.”. She led the APAC HR team and helped to built up a culture of: Open, Proactive, Commitment and Continuous learning through organizing a serious of activities to encourage employees’ active involvement in discussion and decision making on the things relating to employees. Employees’ skills have been upgraded and more managers promoted internally to meet the requirements of fast growth of company.
