Simon ABB China HRD
Simon joined ABB in China in 2005 and has taken different roles in HR organization, e.g. HR Manager, HR Director and other HR roles. In recent years, Simon is leading the team to cooperate with many Chinese universities. He is working on the annual University Innovation Contest, which is designed to stimulate the innovative spirit of college students, find local creative talents.
Simon has 13 years HR experience working for multinational companies. Before joining ABB, Simon was the National Training Manager for ASIMCO Technologies Limited. In ASIMCO, he built up Training Management & Performance Management system for the whole organization. Also, he developed the leadership development program for the group.
He holds an MBA degree from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada and a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University of Technology, China.
