Helena Yang TNT North Asia and China HR Director
Helena Yang is HR Director, TNT Greater China and North Asia. She has more than 20 years working experience in HR field, and worked in Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Akzo Nobel and Bekaert before joining TNT. As a sophisticated leader, she accomplishes great achievement, especially in employee engagement, organization and employee development. Meanwhile, she leads HR team to cascade and install the core values of TNT "Sure We Can" culture to employees and thus increases their experience and sense of belonging.
As the first express international company that was recognized by “Investors in People”, TNT China is second to none in global employee engagement since 2008. During year of 2009 - 2011, TNT China won Best HRM Companies, Best Corporate of Culture Management, The Most Popular Employer, etc. In 2010, Helena won Best HR Director of the Year at the China Staff Awards. Helena has a master degree of Hong Kong University with major in integrated marketing communications, and also a master degree of US Saint Joseph’s University with major in Organization Development and Leadership.

TNT North Asia is a business unit of TNT Express, and includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. TNT Mainland China offers international express services and domestic road transportation services. It has 34 international express branches and 3 international gateways. Through TNT-Hoau, TNT’s wholly-owned subsidiary in China, TNT manages China’s most extensive private domestic road transportation network, consisting of 1,500 depots served by 56 domestic hubs that cover 600 cities across China.
