Monica Wu World at work Certified Instructor
Monica has more than 19 years’ experiences in business management and HR, and several years’ technical experience in Healthcare industry and academic institution. Her expertise areas include HR strategy design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Leadership and talent development, HR process reengineering, and shared services/outsourcing.
Monica WU have joined J&J in 2008, as J&J R&D as HR Director AP, and relocated to US in Y2011, as HR Director – Talent Management Latin America in Miami, later on, as HR Director – Janssen global Strategic Workforce Planning in New Jersey. Monica came back to the region in 2013, as HR Director, Janssen AP.
Prior to J&J, Monica served as Head of HR Shared Service Operation for Tyco Electronics China/AP. She also has 7 years’ business management experiences with Hewitt, as Head of Talent & Organization Consulting Analytics Business Unit (BU) and Outsourcing BU. Her other experiences include increasing roles & responsibilities in HR and Total Rewards at Nike, Roche and Inchcape, as well as technical experiences with Bristol-Myers Squibb China and research institute.
Monica is a certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Faculty of WorldatWork (worldwide Total Rewards Association with 60 years history), and certified facilitator for SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning), MBTI, DISC, Belbin Team Roles and Executive Coaching.
Monica holds Bachelor Degree of Science and Engineering in Biochemistry from Shanghai University, and a post graduation diploma of Business Management from Fudan University.
