Frank Li University of Hong Kong Doctor of Psychology
Mr. Frank Li is focusing on leadership talent selection and training now. He had worked at three International leadership consultancies successively, assuming research director of The Gallup Organization(shanghai), senior advisor of PDI, leadership assessment director of Hay Group China. Frank established business of leadership assessment and development in Talent Shanghai Co., Ltd. and took the position of vice president and GM of assessment and consulting division. Combining all essence of theories and tools of leadership assessment and development, Mr. Feng Li created unique Big Five Leadership Theory, Work and Leadership Style Theory and put it into practice. He graduated from Department of Psychology, Peking University and got Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Hong Kong. |
