Marilyn Xu is the current APAC HRD of Doehler Food & Beverage Ingredients (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. She has over 13 years rich HR experience and covered all HR function, also equipped with advanced HR theory, skilled in recruiting & staffing, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relationships, HR strategy implementation and expatriates administration as well. Meanwhile she has rich experience in organizational design, structure refinement, and company restructure. She has graduated from Changsha Railway University and received the Bachelor of Arts degree. |
