Hawk Gao DDI Consulting Manager
Mr. Hawk Gao dedicates on Human Resource Management experience nearly 20 years, and his main responsibility is to deliver assessment, leadership training and development courses for clients around global and local Chinese Company.
Mr. Gao started his career as a trainer in Siemens Ltd., China, where he worked for 15 years and gained vast experience in HR management. He worked as a Training & Development Manager, HR Resource Manager, and Senior Management Consultant in Siemens Management Institute (SMI). Mr. Gao delivered courses focusing on areas such as selection, leadership development and evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefit management, as well as training management. During SMI period, at the same time, Mr. Gao was also heavily involved in leadership assessment and development projects for senior management, and achieve the leadership assessment and development for nearly 400 managers and 50 internal assessment consultants.
