叶庭君 DDI(大中华区) 董事总经理暨首席顾问
叶庭君女士现任DDI大中华区董事总经理暨首席顾问。叶女士于2000年加入DDI,从项目顾问一路晋升到营运总监,在2007年担任台湾区总经理,并自2013年荣任现职。
叶女士在高阶主管的评鉴与发展有丰富的经验,从组织人才策略的规划与标准的建置、高潜力人才的遴选、运用评鉴工具进行评鉴、乃至于后续的发展方案,都能透过精准的判断进行人才的潜力剖析,并提出符合企业需求的建议方案。叶女士咨询服务的产业包含金融、高科技、服务、生物科技、制药以及时尚业。为了分享给台湾企业更先进的领导力知识与经验,叶女士除了多次发表关于领导力发展与选才等议题的文章,并积极应邀参与企业、商界论坛及学术机构主办的演讲。
