2001年 受大阪府政府的邀请，经中国商务部、外交部许可成立中智日本支店同时，就任第一任总经理
2004年 成立中国国际技术智力合作公司日本分公司，就任总经理
2005年－就任西日本中国企业联合会（元西日本中国商会）常务理事
－就任西日本中国研修生派遣企业协会会长
2005年 成立上海中智日系人才咨询服务有限公司，就任总经理
2006年 成立日本法人株式会社CIIC语学教育研修中心，就任总经理
2007年 就任西日本中国企业联合会（元西日本中国商会）副会长
2009年4月 成立日本法人中智日本医药总研株式会社，就任总经理
2011年12月16日 成立上海中智日企人力资源管理咨询有限公司,就任总经理

2008年5月9日 受中国驻大阪总领事馆邀请，出席胡主席2008访日纪念合影会（在大阪）
2009年6月8日 出席中国共产党政治局李长春常务委员访日欢迎会及访日纪念合影会
2010年3月20日 受中国商务部和日本外交部邀请，作为中国政府企业的唯一代表，出席由中国社会科学院日本研究所与全国日本经济学会共同主办、日本驻华使馆协办的“中日经济合作回顾与新起点”国际研讨会并演讲(在北京)
2010年起 根据中国国务院指定的贫困扶助政策，中智集团定点扶贫云南省楚雄州大姚县、姚安县。张俊作为中智成员，共同协助开展扶贫工作。
2011年12月 引进日本护理标准在国内开展养老护理职业教育事业。推动日本养老事业进入中国。促进中日两国间「中日护理・银发产业论坛」的平台建设 |
