Scott Luo, used to be the Senior Consultant of SHL, Director of the Consulting Business in FESCO Adecco, VP of FESCO-NST, and the Distinguished Lecturer of Fudan University and AITA Associates, is the Head Consultant of Hudson China.
Mr. Luo has ten-year experience in strategic human resources management consulting, as well as rich practical experience in organizational change management, incentive pay system, organizational performance management, leadership and staff development, talent audits, competency modeling and recruitment management optimization.
