Jason LUO is Assistant General Manager & Chief HR Officer and General Manager of Model Office for Pramerica Fosun Life Insurance Company Limited. He is in charge of all HR modules and branch expansion nationwide. He once worked as General Manager of Diversified Marketing Dept., Deputy General Manager of HR Dept., Assistant General Manager of Agency Dept. and Assistant General Manager of Jiangsu Branch. From HR to Sales, from Headquarter to branch, Jason has rich working experiences in different roles in the Financial Services industry. Over a decade, Jason has accumulated comprehensive know how in HR planning, Remuneration & Incentive, Training & Development, Performance Management and Organization development.
Jason graduated from Fudan University majoring in International Politics with Bachelor Degree and Leeds University (UK) majoring in Management with Master Degree. In addition, Jason has Certificate of Senior HR Management and Certificate of Senior Life Insurance Management. Jason is passionate on social responsible projects and a fan of music, travel, sport and reading.
