David Tai IBM Growth Market Chief Talent Officer David H. Tai is IBM's Chief Talent Officer in the Growth Market. He is responsible in defining and executing an integrated talent management strategy for 3 regions: Asia Pacific, Latin America, and CEEMEA (Central East Europe and Middle East Africa). He spent 8 years teaching in colleges in China and in the U.S., 4 years in AT&T, and 12 years in IBM with various responsibilities in all aspects of learning, leadership development, and talent. He created many of the IBM talent related solutions with 2 patents and 2 copyrights.
