Yuki Qi Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China Chief Talent Office
In her current position as Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China Chief Talent Officer, Ms. Yuki Qi is responsible for the talent management and all talent functions of Saatchi & Saatchi's Greater China offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong. Yuki joined Saatchi & Saatchi Shanghai in 2003 as Human Resources Manager, subsequently advancing to Human Resources Manager for China, Human Resources Director for Greater China, and, most recently, Greater China Chief Talent Officer. Her steady advancement over more than a decade is a virtue of her outstanding strategic vision and innovations in talent management, which have helped the Saatchi & Saatchi HR team evolve from an administrative function into a comprehensive and multi-faceted strategic talent management department. She is one of the few local executives on the Greater China management team and the only one of Saatchi & Saatchi's six-member of Worldwide Talent Board to hail from China. Under her leadership, employee satisfaction reached 90% at Saatchi & Saatchi in 2013, and the agency achieved the lowest talent turnover in the industry. Alongside these accomplishments, thousands of outstanding graduates enroll in the intern programs she organizes each year, creating a deep pool of talent for Saatchi & Saatchi and the entire industry to draw from. Yuki received her master's degree from the University of Essex, UK in financial management. She has received advanced certification as a human resources management professional from China's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as well as professional certification from the Singapore Human Resources Institute, among other professional qualifications. With her vast experience in human resources management, Ms. Qi is also often invited as a guest speaker or consultant to management events and associations.
