She has over 30 years work experience, more than 20 years as the leader of different teams including front-line operations, people development with team size up to 80. Sandy is specialized in talent development and career management. She has been providing workforce consulting including HIPO Talent Development Centre, Career Management & Coaching, Leadership Assessment, Talent Selection, Leadership coaching, Performance Management, Team Building, Change Management and Communication to over 100 clients. Prior to joining Right, Sandy held roles in the senior management teams of two global fashion apparels and accessory retailers and an international airline, where services programs for 4000+ employees worldwide. Sandy holds a first-degree in Business Management - The University of Hong Kong, she is pursuing a Master degree in education major in Teenage Guidance and Counseling in the University of Newcastle UK.
