She was awarded the HR Manager of the Year 2000 by China Staff and certified GPHR in 2007. She was the first group of HR practitioners who was certified by SHRM (Association of Society of Human Resources Management in US) as Global Profession of Human Resources (GPHR) in 2007 and certified as Human Resources Management Profession (HRMP) in 2012.
