Being the expert in C&B area, he has been deeply involved into a wide range of Human Capital Projects, which include, Organization Structure Design; Job Analysis and Evaluation, Setting Up Grading Structure;Total Rewards Design, which comprise, Salary Structure Design and Review, Benefits Program Review and Harmonization during the Company, Transition and Merger and Acquisition, such as, Sales Incentive Design; Performance Management System; Employees Development Program.Webster has more than 15 years HR professional and consulting experience, and delivered the consulting service for quite a lot world-renowned multinational companies, e.g. AMD, Dell, Tyco Electronics, Microsoft, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Danone Group. Prior to joining Jabil, he was HR Consulting Director in Mercer and Towers Watson.Webster obtained the B.S. in Statistics from the University of Fudan.
