Karen Wang Honeywell Greater China Staffing Director
Karen Wang is Staffing Director, Greater China in Honeywell. She is responsible for making and driving the staffing strategies to meet Honeywell’s business growth objectives in Greater China area.
Karen has more than 16 years experience of HR management from multinational companies. She has expertise in staffing strategy planning and management, and also has extensive HR management experience in talent development, talent management and employee relations, etc. Before joining Honeywell, she was Senior Staffing Manager for The Walt Disney Company’s Greater China region where she established its staffing COE function from scratch to meet its fast growing business need. Prior to that, she had nearly 10 years service in various positions in Danone Group.
