Jean Lin GE Greater China & Mongolia Rewards CoE Director
Jean Lin, is currently the Rewards CoE Director for GE Greater China & Mongolia. In this role, she leads a team of seasoned C&B professionals to execute the GE total rewards strategies and support all GE businesses in Greater China and Mongolia. Jean also chairs the Benefits Governance Committee for GE in Asia Pacific. Before this role, Jean is the Asia Pacific C&B Director for GE Corporate.
Jean started her professional career with Hewitt Associates as Associate Trainer in China and took progressing leadership roles, including Beijing Branch General Manager, Executive Compensation Practice Director, and Total Rewards Practice Leader for Greater China in her 10+ years experience with Hewitt. After Hewitt, Jean joined a Fortune 500 semiconductor company, where she served as the AsiaCompensation & Benefits Director, and later took on the HR Director role for China.
Jean holds a M.S. in International Economics and a B.S in economics from China Nankai University. She is based in Shanghai, China.
