Michael is EY Partner–Human Capital & Change Management Advisory, Greater China, He is responsible for business development and project management of org transformation, strategic performance, post deal integration, change management, etc. Michael has gained nearly 15 years of experience in the fields of strategy formulations, M&A transactions and post- deal integrations management around Business Restructuring, Leadership Alignment, Org Optimization and Culture integration.
Prior to joining in EY,Michael was a Head of Corporate Transformation & Transaction Practice , A famous international Consulting firm, Greater China; also as the core member of the firm’s global M&A and Change Management Committee, and he had hold the posts of senior manager and director of another well-known international finance firm and one of the largest alternative assessment management firms in Asia.
Michael holds a Master of Laws from Yokohama National University, Japan, and studied comparative laws at the New York University, USA. Michael also accredited for Leadership assessment/psychometric tools.
