Quan Fu CEB SHL Talent Measurement China Managing Director
Mr. Quan Fu is Managing Director of CEB SHL Talent Measurement China. He is in charge of CEB SHL Talent Measurement business and operations in China. Quan has solid experience in marketing, sales, and management in several China MNCs. He joined CEB SHL Talent Measurement in August 2011 as Regional VP, moving to his current position in January 2012. Prior to CEB SHL Talent Measurement, Fu was GM, East Region, with Mercer and Business Director for HR at Oracle. He was involved as a key member in several important management reforming projects across many state-owned enterprises in industries as diverse as telecommunications, petrochemicals and oil, grid, automobile, high-tech and others.
Fu's skills and expertise cover: business strategy, business planning, talent management, HR consulting, HR strategy, performance management, succession planning, personnel management, strategy, solution selling, strategic thinking, new business development, strategic leadership, and sales management.
Fu holds a master's degree in Economics from the People’s University of China, Beijing and a bachelor's degree in Law from the Chinese People's Public Security University. He belongs to many groups and associations, including AmCham Shanghai Human Resources (HR) Committee, China HR Network, China Recruitment & Staffing Professionals Network, and International Human Resource Certification Institute.
