Li Zheng, Executive President of AVIC International Business School
Ms. Li Zheng is now the Executive President of AVIC International Business School and engaged in the research and practice of the development and training of talents together with her team, giving full support to the talent development program of AVIC International. Through years of exploration, a five level of leadership development system has been established at elementary, intermediate, advanced, high potential and senior management development. The project of corporation leadership development has been given the Management Action Award by the Business Review, the so called Oscar of the enterprise management field. Ms. Li Zheng is a graduate of English Language Department of Liaoning Normal University, a MBA of Tongji University and a diploma student of Application Psychology of Beijing Normal University. She is also a certified trainer of WIAL, a certified lecturer of Leadership Challenge Workshop and a certified lecturer of MBTI.
