She joined Medtronic in 2005, and was since appointed to be its Recruitment Manager, HR manager, Senior Training and Development Manager, etc. She is an associate professor, holding a Ph.D. degree in psychology with six years’ teaching experience in higher education institutions. Elaine is a PCI-accredited lecturer on performance assessment and has obtained credentials from Korn/Ferry Choices Architect® and Interview Architect®. |
