Judy Ying is currently Great China Total Rewards Director for Johnson & Johnson.Prior to joining J&J, Judy has worked for Intel as the Great Asia Region Business C&B Manager & PRC C&B Manager, Johnson as HR Manager-C&B.She has more than 18 years’ experience in HR and other several years’ teaching experience in university.Her expertise areas include HR strategy & program design and management, compensation re-designing and total rewards domain.
