Elisa Wong Hilti Asia Pacific HR Vice President Elisa Wong leads the HR and Training functions at Hilti and focuses on leadership identification and development; talent attraction, retention and motivation; executive coaching and mentoring; workforce planning. Prior to joining Hilti, Elisa has over 18 years Human Resources experience spanning various industries including Transportation, Financial Services, HR consulting, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Construction. She has worked for companies such as KPMG, HSBC, Nortel Networks, Avery Dennison, Saville & Holdwsorth and MTRC. Elisa graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and a Masters degree in Economics. She is an accredited member of the British Psychological Society and is certified in several psychometric tools. |
