Ronnie Chen Dow Greater China HR Director
Ronnie Chen is the HR Director for Dow Greater China. She is leading the Human Resources organization in the region to provide best-in-class HR services and programs as well to optimize human capital investment to drive growth and business success. Ronnie is located in Shanghai. She was named to the role in April 2010.
Ronnie joined Dow in April 2006, first taking the role of China Mobility Partner in HR, early 2007 she expanded her responsibility as Mobility Leader for Asia Pacific.
In November 2007, Ronnie has assumed additional role to support Business Development as HR Partner. August 2008, she took over the HR Business Partner responsibility for Marketing & Sales group in Asia Pacific in addition to her mobility leader role.
Ronnie has exited the Mobility team in May 2009 while remain HRBP for Commercial. October 2009 she assumed additional HRBP responsibility to support Business Services Group in Asia Pacific.
