Louis Liu DDI Greater China Managing Director
Louis Liu is currently the Managing Director of DDI Greater China, overseeing DDI’s business operations and development in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Louis is also a Senior Consultant and a Master Trainer, who has served in DDI for over 9 years. As a seasoned professional, he has about 20 years’ experience in the areas of Human Resources, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Business and Customer Service, etc.
At the same time when managing the business growth of Greater China area, Louis also provides consulting services for multinational companies as well as local companies on performance management, talent selection, leadership development, executive coaching and strategy alignment; and in addition, he delivers management and leadership courses.
Louis is also a remarkable speaker, who is frequently invited to speak at various international seminars in China. His sparkling insights and comments are often quoted and published by various major media. His recent address on “Talent Retention in China” has received overwhelming responses. Louis has also planned and co-authored the White Paper of China Leadership Forecast and The Flight of Talent – China Retention 2006-2007, which has brought incredible inspiration and impact to the industry. Among the prolific projects Louis was involved in, was being an interviewer and a member of the Judge Committee of Chinese Business Leader Award held by CNBC and CBN. He personally interviewed a dozen of today’s most outstanding business leaders in China. |
