He gains solid expertise and experience in terms of talent development, leadership development, organization development and performance management, in the past over 20 years. Before joining Avnet (NYSE: AVT), he was the Deputy General Manager (Human Resources) of Heineken-APB China YRD Region. He held different positions such as Deputy GM (Human Resources), HR Manager, Purchasing & Logistics Manager, in Heineken-APB’s operating companies in different cities. Welcome graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University (majoring in Economics) in 1989, and he received his MBA from China Europe International Business School in 2008. |
