Willie Ye ARKEMA Greater China HR Director After 3 years of teaching career at Business College of Shanghai University upon his graduation from East China Normal University, Mr. YE had taken senior management positions in several companies such as HIMA Group (headquartered in Australia) and NCH Group (headquartered in USA). His current employer, ARKEMA Group, was spun off from TOTAL Group several years ago and today has become a world-famous independent chemical manufacturer headquartered in Paris, France. With over 17 years of experience in HR management, Mr. YE has developed original insights about HR practices and professional theories. He is also a corporate mentor of MBA centers of Shanghai University, Shanghai International Studies University and East China Normal University, and a guest lecturer at EM-Lyon Shanghai Campus. |
