Alan Ye Standard Chartered Bank(China) Head of Service Delivery Alan Ye received a PH.D degree from Fudan University School of Management and obtained a MBA degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Alan is the Head of HR Service Delivery of Standard Chartered Bank China. Prior to this role, he was the Head of HR Service Delivery of Alcatel-Lucent China. He has more than 10 years experience in HR operational efficiency, career planning and development, performance management and employee relations. Alan takes an active part in social work. He is the college career mentor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, a teacher of Shanghai University MBA Center Human resource ,a guest professor of Nanjing University Business School, board member of Shanghai International Studies University MBA Center, and trustee of Jinqiao human Resources Association. |
