Jennifer Jin Standard Chartered Bank HR Director
Jennifer Jin joins the Bank on 14 February 2011. She brings over 16 years of HR experience in MNCs across China and US. Before joining SCB, Jennifer was the Executive HR Director, Greater China Region for Novartis, in charge of overall Human Resources functions including Staffing, Compensation and Benefit, Human Resource Systems implementation, Talent Management, Leadership and Organization Development. She was then appointed Executive Director and Head of Talent Development East Asia for Novartis, leading cross divisional talent development. Jennifer is a certified instructor for several areas in Human Resources including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.She is the winner of CCH China Staff 2009 HR Director of the Year, and headed as Chairperson for HR Association for Pharma industry till Sep 2010.
Jennifer graduated from Tianjin University, with Bachelor of Materials Science Engineering and Master of Management Engineering. She also holds Master of Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago.
Jennifer is married, with a son and daughter at 11 and 9 years old. She likes reading, music and sport. |
