In his past 25 years’HR career, Tao has developed a huge passion for the people side of the business and accumulated extensive strategic HR experience and leadership development capability, including building JVs from the scratch, developing strategic HR organizations and capabilities (centers of expertise and shared services) to support numerous different Strategic Business Units in Greater China, Mergers and Acquisitions, building strong corporate culture, cross-cultural management, effective retention strategies such as management planning, talent development and building development centers and company business institutes. During his HR career, he has nurtured and developed a fairly big number of HR leaders and business leaders in different industries. He has committed himself fully in Executive Coaching, and organization effectiveness consulting since he left Google in Jan 2010.
