Linda Wang Sanofi-aventis(China) Training&Development Director
Ms. Linda Wang is now working as the Training & Development Director of Sanofi-aventis China. Linda has more than 20 years working experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Linda joined in sanofi-aventis in 2008, as training and development director .she leads 60 trainers and focuses on providing training and development to Sales and Non-sales group, SA and SP, establishes competency model and training system as well as leading projects. She build up e-learning system for SA, Joined Business meeting, assessment center, performance management and OD.
In the past 3 years, T&D also become a talent center, she transfered at least 20 trainers to 4 BU, just like NSM, NMM,RSM,DSM,ADM.
Prior to joining sanofi-aventis in Jan. 2008, she ever worked for shanghai Jiangong hospital, MSD, Beaufour Ipsen and Astrazeneca, started as doctor, Medical Rep, District Sales Manager, Training Manager and Sales Management Development Manager successively. From 2006-2007, Linda worked as consultant in the areas of Talent Development, High-potential assessment, Coaching, Change Management, Selling Skills, etc.
When she was a management consultant, she helps Sanofi-aventis to build their high potential assessment center and promotion assessment system.
Linda was graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University (currently the Shanghai Jiao tong University School of Medicine) and obtained the EMBA degree from Smith Business School of Maryland University, USA.
She finished “Application Psychology—HRD” in Shanghai East Pedagogic University. |
